The Introduction

Day 1, Nov 3, Thursday
Well I'm one of those girls who always wanted to write a journal but never really got down to doing it. I guess I was just too involved with the people around me or maybe just with myself. Haha. But right now, I am away from my family and friends and doing an internship at the Movenpick Hotel and Casino in Geneva. Staying by myself has given me an opportunity to share my thoughts through a blog. My plan is to maintain this blog till i achieve my dream. As i go along i'll share with you guys more specific details about me, my life so far and more importantly my future and the BIG dream=)

To begin with I have just started the famous Dukan Diet. It was started by a French nutritionist Dr Pierre Dukan. It  focus on a healthy diet plan revolving around proteins. Day 1, Attack Phase
Brunch: Grilled Chicken with spicy thai sauce
Evening Snack: Oat Bran Porridge
Dinner: Cottage cheese, milk and 2 salami slices

My current weight is 55kgs lets see what happens. *Fingers crossed*

Anyway today was my off day so I'm just chilling at home. Tomorrow back to work lets see if the diet survives my permanent chocolate craving. Hehe. Off to watch some overly dramatic soap operas. Goodnight bloggers. See you tomorrow.
