Horoscope

4th November, Friday
Hey Guys! Today was a semi crazy day! I had to work under this guy who really can not respect interns. He is so stupid it can kill. Everything i did today was so messed up. His influence. Anyway enough importance given to him anyway!

My Diet today:
Morning: Yogurt with 2tbsp cereal
Evening: Grilled stick(Had several different pieces of meat), one glass of low fat milk
Late night: Two toast with cheese and 2 ham slices. Half a liter water.

I sneak in two tiny pieces of chocolate. Very tiny.

Anyway the good news is i read my horoscope for 2012 yesterday just before going to sleep. I read all of them: Monkey(Chinese), Pisces and No 1(Numerology). They all had one thing in common..Go for your dreams..2012 is going to be your year. The year you achieve your dreams. It felt so good reading it! I just hope at least some of it comes true!  I'll start my dream in December once i go back for my Christmas  break. I hope i get the break and my manager does not forget! Its really important for me to go back this time. *fingers crossed*

The Introduction

Day 1, Nov 3, Thursday
Well I'm one of those girls who always wanted to write a journal but never really got down to doing it. I guess I was just too involved with the people around me or maybe just with myself. Haha. But right now, I am away from my family and friends and doing an internship at the Movenpick Hotel and Casino in Geneva. Staying by myself has given me an opportunity to share my thoughts through a blog. My plan is to maintain this blog till i achieve my dream. As i go along i'll share with you guys more specific details about me, my life so far and more importantly my future and the BIG dream=)

To begin with I have just started the famous Dukan Diet. It was started by a French nutritionist Dr Pierre Dukan. It  focus on a healthy diet plan revolving around proteins. Day 1, Attack Phase
Brunch: Grilled Chicken with spicy thai sauce
Evening Snack: Oat Bran Porridge
Dinner: Cottage cheese, milk and 2 salami slices

My current weight is 55kgs lets see what happens. *Fingers crossed*

Anyway today was my off day so I'm just chilling at home. Tomorrow back to work lets see if the diet survives my permanent chocolate craving. Hehe. Off to watch some overly dramatic soap operas. Goodnight bloggers. See you tomorrow.
